Relaxing

Today we arrived in Kona side. Before we got here we stopped at a man's house. His name was Norm and he was a great Christian man. Him and his wife grow different fruits for a living. They have an amazing house that is welcoming and cozy. Norm talked about how we are like fruit trees and we have to be pruned in order to bud again and that's how God is with us. He has to trim us and prune us so we can grown to be even better.

Now in Kona, at our new house for the week. I am alone. (well kinda, a guy from my class stayed back too) But I am basically alone. Everyone else went to the beach. As much as I love the beach I just needed time to myself and think. Just able to relax and kind of catch my breath from the past week. I am fully enjoying all my time with the people I am with but there comes a time when being alone is healthy for me. I can think to myself and here in Hawaii I can enjoy the amazing weather.

This week will be a short, somewhat hopefully easy week. As much fun as I am having I am anxiously awaiting the time I will be home again.
