It's amazing how in one year so much can change. I think back to last summer and where I was living (at my cousin's house) and all that was going on. I didn't have a job. I didn't have money. I slept in every day and sat around a fire at night with friends who were also unemployed. And at that time, I thought that was the life. I was content with how I was living. Now, I could never do that. Life deserves hard work so it can be paid off. You can't just sit back and let it pass by. Now this summer: I have taken a summer class, got a job, planned for my next year, started saving money, oh and just recently redecorated my room :) My point is....life can go by so fast. The past year, from last summer to now, went so fast with so many regrets but I am happy to be where I am now. I love my life. I have God to thank for getting me through issues that I thought would be the death of me.
Now this summer will be different. I have my two best friends, Jordan and Heather who are by
my side for everything. I have my boyfriend who is amazing and understands me so well. I have a job that I kinda like (but hoping for another job at Gap). I have my family that is always here for me and give me many memories. And this summer I'm gonna have a blast with my life and live it right and for God.
