Place In This World

Weird how things happen. So, a few days ago my mom emailed me lyrics to "Place In This World" by Michael W. Smith. She had heard it and thought of me. I read the lyrics and dismissed the thought because all I could think of was Mark Lowry's comedy on this song. But then today we went to an English class that was teaching Chinese grad students who were very smart. They were all accounting majors but anyways the professor is from Chicago and is a great man full of wisdom and great insights. He plays songs for his students to help with the English. He then proceeded to say he had a song he was going to play by Michael W. Smith. Then, he turned this song on and I couldn't help but thinking "Oh wow. Crazy." So, I intently listened to the song. I am still processing why this song has now twice been given to me in one week. It's an older song and is not played too often anymore. So, coincidence? I don't think so. I'm still trying to figure it out and process it. Here's the song. Enjoy it.
